When I had the opportunity to watch the movie,“Most Likely to Succeed” it feed me morsels of rich insights to where we, as the new ancestors, stand collectively in the educational society. It’s like our Sul’hween (Elder’s) the true knowledge keepers have passed down since time immemorial that it truly takes a village to raise a child, but to truly enrich the village it takes investing in our children, as they will be the future and care, for this village. When the video introduced the school of the future “High Tech High School” it brought me directly to a place in my own life where I craved these teachings of “living to learn” and “turn everything over to your in charge, if you can do this you can do anything.” This again, brings us to our sul’hweens sqwal (Elder’s words)” i will show you or tell you once how it to go or the way to begin and the rest is up to you and if you can do this teaching/education truly is meant for you,” and it kept resurfacing in the video within the walls of the school and the teachers who were there to learn from and along side of the students, just like our elders raised us and continue to do so to this day. If we raise our villages to truly honor not only our achievements, but the mistakes we are about to make within our newly advanced technology we are adding to our educational environment that starting the foundation of a technological society, and fully embrace that we all matter in this world that can become like “High Tech High School”, because we all learn in different ways and that’s the key thing.  Most Likely to Succeed Film (96 min)
